JOHN KUCK DEAD
John Kuck, son of Gerhard Kuck and wife, respected citizens living a short distance north of town, was carried to San Antonio Sunday for medical treatment, being in very bad shape physically. His condition grew worse and he died Tuesday night. The remains were brought here for interment Wednesday, the ceremony taking place at the Odd Fellows Cemetery today (Thursday). John Kuck was a farmer by occupation. He had been in bad health for some time, and while his death was not altogether unexpected still it was a sad blow to the family and many friends. John was well and favorably known to our people, having spent the greater part of his life among us, and his untimely death is deeply regretted by all. Our sincere sympathy goes out to the bereaved family in their bereavement.
