Roy E. Stevenson, born August 23, 1932, passed away Monday, May 27, 2013, at Blount Memorial Hospital. He was the founder and owner of Stevenson Tire.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 55 years, Dot Stevenson; father and mother, Nathan and Ethel Stevenson; brothers, Joe, Robert, Thomas and Ray; sister, Virginia Brown.

Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, Steve and Leslie Stevenson; grandchildren, Nick and Ally; brothers, Goble and Willie; sister, Mary Braboy; lots of nieces and nephews; special friends, Joe and Debbie Teffeteller, Bobby and Judy Pridmore, Buster King, Clyde Holsomback and Tom Clark.

The family wishes to express special thanks to the Nurses in S.I.C.U. at Blount Memorial Hospital.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Sunday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Joe Green and Rev. Bill Shelton officiating. The interment will follow at Grandview Cemetery. Friends may call at their convenience at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to Mr. P's Foundation, 2220 Sutherland Avenue, Knoxville, TN 37919.
