Mrs. Amelia Kathrineberg passed away at her home in Republic Sunday evening at 6:00, at the age of 86 years, after a long illness. She leaves four children: Ethel of the home, Clarence Kathrineberg and Mrs. Morten Jensen of Republic and Arthur of Superior, Nebr.; two sisters, Mrs. Agness Cardwell and Miss Laura Rasmussen of Scandia.
Funeral services were held at the EUB church, Republic at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, August 9.
She was a longtime resident of Republic and also well known in the Scandia community.
