Mary Use Blake was an Indian girl, daughter of a chief, who lived at Fort Owen (Stevensville MT) with John & Nancy Owen. She married Abraham S. Blake (an early MT pioneer) in 1869. They had eleven children. The Blakes donated the land for the Victor Cemetery, where all the family is buried.
