Vinetta C. Bollinger

Vinetta C. Bollinger, 80, of 397 Hemlock Drive, Lehighton, died Thursday in Gnaden Huetten Hospital, Lehighton.

Born in Palmerton, she was a daughter of the late Henry and Cora Green Eckhart. She was a member of Dinkey Memorial Lutheran Church, Ashfield.

Her husband, Mahlon N., preceded her in death.

Surviving are five daughters, Eleanor Green, North Carolina, Alma Burbes, Arizona, Pansy Heffelfinger, Danielsville, Marie Reinhart, Tamaqua, and Catherine Miller, Lehighton; three sons, Stanley, Bethlehem, and Sterling and Stanford, both of Lehighton; five sisters, Elsie Andrews and Carrie Wentz, both of Palmerton, Arlene Kresge, Saylorsburg, Irene Bollinger, Weatherly, and Beatrice Roth, Lehighton; a brother, Mahlon Eckhart, Bethlehem; 20 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday from T.K. Thomas Funeral Home, Palmerton. Interment will be in Towamensing Cemetery, Palmerton. There will be no calling hours Monday evening.
