Beatrice Kathleen Roth Smith, 75, of Thompson Station, Tenn., died Wednesday, Nov. 29, in St. Thomas Hospital, Nashville, Tenn. She was the wife of the late William Smith and Charles Roth (should be Claude Roth). She was a self-employed seamstress. Born in Palmerton, she was a daughter of the late Henry and Cora (Green) Eckhart. Survivors: Daughter, Marguerite Freed of Palmerton; sons, Claude Eckhart of Thompson Station, Carl A. Roth of Los Angeles, Calif.; seven grandchildren, four stepchildren, 13 stepgrandchildren. Services: None scheduled. Arrangements, Williams Funeral Home, Thompson Station.
