Laerabelle Moon (Watson) (Ruggles) was the daugther of the late John and Maude (Sanders) Moon. She was born April 21, 1919 in Kokomo, Indiana. She Married Otis Watson on April 17, 1937. She later married Hobart Ruggles in Septermber 1973. They both preceded her in death.
She retired from the Northern Indiana VA Health Care System in Marion, Indiana were she was a nusring assistant. She was a 22 year member of the Fairmount American Legion Auxiliary Post 313 and loved flowers. She is survied by two daughtes, Bevelrly (Gary) Hipes, Fairmount, Judith (Larry) Scott, Jonesboro, and two sons, Russell Watson and Dora, Alabama, Richard (Kay) Watson, Fairmount, three sisters, Susan Foultz, Hartford City, Becky Laypool, Marion, Marjorie Zigler, Bluffton; five brothers, John Moon, Carl Moon, Charles Moon, Donald Moon all of Marion and Edward Moon, Texas. She is preceded in death by a son, Jack Watson, Brothers; Jerry Moon, Herschel Moon and Wayne Moon; A sister Evelyn Goad and granddaughters Brenda and Jacqueline Watson.
Funeral Services were at the Armes-Hunt Funeral Home in Fairmount, Indiana with Pastor Rob Clark Officiating. Interment was in Park Cemetery in Fairmount, Indiana.
