Bio

My contributions are mostly obituary clippings, adding memorials of my ancestors, distant cousins, people from the same historical community, same cemetery, or a specific surname in my tree. I also try to link families together as much as I can to make discovering family easier for other researchers and distant cousins.

Main areas of research interest are French Canadians in early Detroit and Malone, NY, Irish Catholics in Genesee and Wyoming County, NY, German Catholics in Detroit and Rochester, NY area, and Bay City, MI Polish. Also the Irish catholics of Jersey City, NJ, Essex County, Ontario, and the Irish in Ballygawley, Tyrone, Northern Ireland, and Ballygarrett, Wexford, Ireland, as well as English in Kent County, England.

I have a virtual cemetery with many (but definitely not all) my ancestors if you think we may be related or we have a connection. I'm very active on ancestry.com and have much more information there.
