Bio

Howdy y'all, I'm Jeremy! I've been a "naturalized" citizen of the Great State of Texas since 2015, though I spent the first twenty-seven years of my life in and around Wake Forest and Youngsville, North Carolina (north of Raleigh). After two years in Black Mountain, North Carolina (east of Asheville) and a nine-year stint in Chattanooga, Tennessee, I ended up in Texas.

I love history, and Find a Grave has, at times, been an outstanding resource in helping me track down people I'm researching, and sometimes I've been able to contribute information to existing memorials or link parents and children, which is quite rewarding!

The memorials I've sponsored are mostly members of my family that I remember well or people I've known, though there are a few of interesting people that I've researched (the Revs. William B. Downey and Gotthilf Birkmann are two examples).
