Bio

I was born in Batesville Ark. 1/7/1952, and both sides of my family were long time residents of Izard County. I grew up in Phoenix, but came "home" to start college at the Univ. of Arkansas. I graduated in 1975 with a degree in Education, and enjoyed a 34 year career teaching Earth & Space Sciences in Mountain Home. My hobbies include reenacting, and I have portrayed soldiers in both the Confederate and Union service. During the 100th. anniversary of the "Great War", I portrayed a German in the 120th. Wurttemburg Infantry fighting in the trenches of "No Man's Land".

I am married, have one daughter, and one grand-daughter.
