Maple -- March 11, 1884, of cerebra spinal meningitis, after an illness of six weeks, Emma M. -- wife of Mitchel Maple of Carrollton -- aged 32 years, 6 months, and 9 days.
Remains were interred Wednesday afternoon by the side of her child, that died of the same disease only a few days since, of whose death she remained unconscious. She leaves a husband and seven children to mourn her taking away.

Died--March 11, 1884, Mrs. Emma M. Maple, wife of Mitchel Maple, after a lingering illness of spinal meningitis, died yesterday at 9 o'clock a.m. Aged 32 years, 6 months and 9 days. Funeral services today at 2 o'clock, p.m.
