Rebecca Nolt Hoover,83, of 469 N. Farmersville Road, Ephrata, died Friday at the home of her daughter, Ella Leid, in Hopewell Township following a lengthy illness.

She attended Conestoga Mennonite Church, Groffdale Coference.

Born in West Earl Township,she was a
daughter of the late David and Barbara Nolt Hoover.

She was the wife of the late Frank Z. Hoover.

Surviving are a son, Frank H., husband of Lena Mae Hoover of Ephrata; seven daughters: Mary, wife of Elvin S. Martin of Ephrata; Vera, wife of Harvey Brubaker of Thorpe, Wis.; Anna May Hoover of Ephrata; Frances, wife of John D. Newswanger of Newville; Martha, wife of
Edwin Sensenig of Ephrata; Ella, wife of Melvin B. Leid of Shippensburg; Alma, wife of Melvin Sensenig of Curtiss, Wis.; 41 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; two sisters:Minnie wife of Moses Zimmerman of Ephrata, and Annie, wife of Edwin Zimmerman of Shelby, Ohio.
