Rev. Ronald D. Hartkopf, age 76 of Royal Oak, Michigan passed away October 18, 2012 at William Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak, Michigan. He was born December 31, 1935 in Illinois.
Beloved husband of Suzanne whom he married in 1956. Dear father of Ronald Hartkopf, John Hartkopf, David (Pattie) Hartkopf and Rebecca (Donald) Newport. Grandfather of 10 and Great-grandfather of 2. Dear brother of Linda (David) Walker, Jane (Bill) Sowels and Sally Mace.
He retired from the Ferndale Public Schools in 1992. He was the Pastor for 37 years at the Pilgrim Holiness Church in Rochester Hills, Mich. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and other outdoor activities.
Visitation Sunday from 2:00 pm - 9:00 pm, Funeral service Monday at 11:00 am at Hopcroft Funeral Home, 31145 John R. Road, Madison Heights, Mich. Burial Roseland Park Cemetery, Berkley, Mich.
