Martha D. Johansen, 56, of Conway died Friday (April 25, 2003).
Born July 29, 1946 in Clarendon, a daughter of Jessie James Doles and Myrtle Draper Doles of Stuttgart, she was a homemaker and attended Oakwood Baptist Church.
She is also survived by her husband, Ole Johansen; five children, Kenny Griffin and wife, Loretta, of Cabot, Gerald Atkinson and wife, Crystal, of Conway, Jason Atkinson of Anchorage, Alaska, Regina Jenkins and husband, Lloyd, of Conway, and Erica Johansen-Starkey and husband, Tim, of Conway; three brothers, Robert Doles, James Doles and Andy Doles, all of Stuttgart; two sisters, Diane Pflgar and Louise Lingerfelt, both of Stuttgart; seven grandchildren, Brooke Jenkins, Bradley Jenkins, Adam Jenkins, Laura Griffin, Brandon Griffin, Matthew Griffin and Abagail Atkinson; and her mother-in-law, Ida Johansen.
There will be a gathering of remembrance at 10 a.m. Monday at Crestlawn Memorial Park with Brent Stark officiating. Visitation will be 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday at Griffin Leggett Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Jason Atkinson, Gerald Atkinson, Tim Starkey, Aaron Jenkins, Kenny Griffin and Steve Dougherty.
