"The funeral for Mrs. Herbert K. Gorman, 69, of 870 Terry Place, who died Wednesday, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church.

Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery.

Friends may call after 5 p.m. today at the Fitch-Lawrence Funeral Home, 626 University Ave., where a rosary will be recited at 8 p.m.

Mrs. Gorman, a lifelong resident of Madison, died in a nursing home. The former Viola Brentmeyer was a member of the church, the Women's Catholic Order of Foresters, the Ladies Auxiliary of Carpenters, and Joiners Local 314.

Surviving are her husband; two sons, Harold Orwin, 463 Presidential Lane, superintendent of Forest Hill Cemetery, and Robert Orwin, La Grange, Ill; four daughters, Mrs. James Carrier, 6003 Gateway Green; Mrs. Philip Rath, 305 Laurel Lane; Mrs. Glenn VanHulle, 817 Eagle Heights, and Mrs. William Sanford, Jackson Heights; N.Y.; three brothers, Otto, 869 Terry Place; Roman, 3913 School Rd.; and James, Madison; two sisters, Mrs. John Doll, 714 S. Orchard St.; and Mrs. Florence Anderson, Cambridge; and 13 grandchildren."
