Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Friday at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Kiel, following brief family rites at 9:30 a.m. at the Meiselwitz Funeral Home, Kiel. The Rev. David Cooney S.D.S. will officiate and burial will be in Holy
Trinity Church cemetery, School Hill.
Mrs. Sievert, nee Francis Koenig, was born Oct. 15, 1919, at School Hill, daughter of the late Peter and Anna Brost Koenig. She attended Holy Trinity Catholic School Hill. She was married to Earl Sievert, May 25, 1940, at Holy Trinity Church, School Hill. After marriage they resided in Kiel. Mrs. Sievert was a member of Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Kiel, Christian Mothers Society.
Survivors include her husband, Earl, a son, Kerry of Manitowoc; a daughter, Mrs. James (Karen) Becker of rural Kiel; three brothers, Jerome and Ervin of rural Newton and Roland of Sheboygan; three sisters, Mrs. James Waller of Saratoga, Calif., Mrs. Francis Riesterer of rural Kiel, Mrs. Robert Olig of Sheboygan; three grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two brothers.
Friends may call at Meiselwitz Funeral Home, Kiel, after 4 o'clock this Thursday afternoon. Wake service 8 o'clock this Thursday evening at the funeral home.
