She was born July 5, 1867, in Schwarzwald, reaching the age of 54 years, 2 months and 5 days. In 1890 she was married to Mr. Kirsch, the ceremony being performed by Rev. Hellstern.
Seven children were born to them, namely; Jacob of New Holstein, Harry in Wolters, Frank, Nic., Aurelia and Anita at home, and Sister Oswalda at St. Joseph’s convent in Milwaukee. Besides her husband and children she leaves two brothers, Henry Hensen in Milwaukee and Peter Hensen, whose present location is not known.
The funeral took place Wednesday, after services at the Holy Trinity church in School Hill, Rev. Michels of St. Nazianz officiating. The Kirsch family wished to express their heartfelt thanks for the large attendance.
