Earl O. Crawford, 84, died Sunday, October 1, 1989, at Stafford District Hospital. Born June 6, 1905, at Woodsville, Ohio, he married Inez Ida King August 3, 1958, at St. John. She died November 22, 1986. He was a retired oil field pumper and resident of Stafford for 22 years.

Survivors: son, Cecil, Plainville; daughter, Marcella Strause, Plainville; brothers, John, Hoisington, Ralph, Walker; sisters, Marie Hoover, Beattyville, Ky., Goldie Bush, Stafford, Zelma Tidball, Grand View, Mo., Elma Cooper, Anadarko, Okla., Kathryn Nichols, Middletown, Calif.; nine grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

Funeral was at 3 p.m. Tuesday at Peacock-Milton Chapel, Stafford. Burial was in Stafford Cemetery. Memorials may go to the Stafford District Hospital. The Stafford Courier
