Another matrimonial event that will interest the people of Effingham and vicinity. Miss Mary Annie Meyer who lives near Nortonville, and Presley B. Page, of Effingham, were married at two o'clock Tuesday afternoon at the home of the bride's brother, R. H Meyer, in Atchison, Rev J. M. Scott, of Atchison, officiating. The bride and groom are prominent in this community and have a large circle of friends who join wishing them joy and happiness. They will live on the farm, southwest of Effingham, there groom recently purchased of U. B. Sharpless.
