Mrs. Tindall was a seamstress. She was a lifetime member of Ladies Auxiliary of VFW Post #6027, North East, MD, American Legion Ladies Auxiliary Cecil Unit #15, and Women of the Moose, Lodge #969, both in Elkton. She loved spending time with her family and enjoyed sewing and doing crafts.
Survivors include her children, John Troy, Wilmington, DE, Nancy Martin and husband, Mike, Port Deposit, MD, James Troy, Elkton, MD, and Donald Troy and wife, Melissa, North East, MD; siblings, Richard Martell, Karthaus, PA, Patricia Lane, Emma Reasinger, both of Clearfield, PA, Gladys Pettis, Bonifay, FL, Suzette Babcock, Woodland, PA, Susan Irwin, Port Deposit, MD, and Randy Milton, Seattle, WA; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 23 years, Walter Tindall; great-granddaughter, Joanna Wilson; and brothers, Jerry and Hugh Martell.
Memorial service will be held 4:30 p.m., Saturday, December 3, 2011, at American Legion Cecil Post #15, 129 W. Main St., Elkton, MD 21921, where family will receive friends after 3 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to American Legion Cecil Post #15 COPD Foundation, at the above address.
