Ruth L. Drompp Port Huron Ruth L. Drompp, 96, died Wednesday, May 4, 2011. She was born February 5, 1915 in North Street to the late Russell and Mabel Lewis. She married Benjamin W. Drompp, who died July 9, 1967. Mrs. Drompp was a teacher with the Port Huron Area School District. She is survived by a son, Joseph (Judy) Drompp of New Baltimore; a granddaughter, Allison; and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be announced at a later time.
