MRS. HARRY HALK SR.
Mrs. Harry Halk Sr., 66, of 610 E. Juan Linn, died at 6:10 a.m. Saturday in a local hospital following a short illness.
Mrs. Halk was born Nov. 6, 1904 in LaWard and had been a resident of Victoria for the past 48 years.
Funeral services will be conducted Monday at 3 p.m. from the First Methodist Church with the Rev. Grady Peters officiating.
The body will lie in state at the church from 2 p.m. until time of the service.
Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of McCabe-Carruth Funeral Home.
Survivors include the husband, Harry Halk Sr.; a daughter, Mrs. Raymond Heller; a son, Harry Halk Jr., all of Victoria; two brothers, A. C. Clark and James Clark, both of Corpus Christi; a sister, Mrs. Elbert Roberts of Corpus Christi; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
