Additional Information:
From Chronicles of Core (Earl Core)

Patrick Kelley on March 13, 1796 purchased form Michael Core his Dolls Run property the purchase price being recorded as 100 pounds.

Jacob SINE married Patrick Kelley's step grand-daughter, Rebecca Piles and upon the death of Patrick Kelley in 1824 Jacob and wife Rebecca inherited the estate.

Parmelia Kelley, Patrick's wife survived her husband for many years and the old blind Lady (Granny Kelley) was a familiar sight to travelers on the state road who passed by the old Sine Mansion-House in the thirties of last century. She died February 6th , 1841 and was buried in the family cemetery. (Chronicles of Core page 52)

Also for Permelia KELLY,and relationship. You stated in her bio she was step grand daughter of Rebecca SINE, but that is backwards, Permelia KELLY was Rebecca Piles Sine's grandmother and Patrick Kelly was Rebecca's step grand father.

My, Sylvia Whittaker, notes for her:

(My Notes: Permelia (maiden name and husbands name ???) married 2nd Patrick Kelly

Permelia Kelly would be the mother of Jemima (maiden name unknown) Jemima married David Piles, and then parents of Rebecca Piles wife of Jacob Sine. Thus this is how Rebecca Piles SINE was the step grand daughter of Patrick Kelly)
