Mrs. Chapman was born in Columbia, a daughter of the late Robert E. and Caroline Sims Moore.
She was a member of the Eau Claire Presbyterian Church and treasurer of the Women of the Church. She was past president of the Auxiliary of Railroad Engineers.
Surviving is a daughter, Mrs. T. R. Andrews, of Columbia, two sons, Dr. C. G. Chapman of Charlotte, N. C. and Dr. J. H. Chapman of Walterboro and 13 grandchildren.
Friends may call at the resident and the Dunbar Funeral Home, Gervais Street Chapel.
Funeral services will be held tomorrow at 2:30 p.m. in the Eau Claire Presbyterian Church, conducted by the Rev. Claude McIntosh. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be John Chapman, Mike Chapman, Thoms Chapman, Jeff Chapman, Steve Godwin and Blaine Walker.
