Edith K. (King) Barker passed away peacefully on Oct. 10, 2012, surrounded by her family. She was 97.
Born in Palmyra, Edith was a lifelong resident of Palmyra. She was a graduate of Palmyra High School and life-long member of The Bethany Lutheran Church.
She was the beloved wife of the late Andrew J. Barker; loving mother of Scott Barker (Victoria), Kristine K. Carmichael (Terry) and Lee A. Barker (Kathy).
She was the loving grandmother of six and great- grandmother of eight.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather 9:30 a.m. Saturday at The Bethany Lutheran Church, 617 Morgan Ave., Palmyra, N.J. Memorial Service will begin at 10 a.m.
