Pacy M. Handlovsky, 69, of Del Haven passed away on Friday, October 12, 2012 at Jefferson Hospital in Philadelphia. Born in Deluth, MN; he has been a Cape May area resident since 1977.

Pacy retired as a Master Chief (E-9) from the US Coast Guard in the Carpentry Department; was also a fire chief and drug & alcohol counselor in the Coast Guard. After his retirement, he worked as a drug & alcohol counselor at Cape Counseling.

Pacy was a member of the First Assembly of God Church; a singer; and a musician playing the guitar, mandolin, steel guitar, and many stringed instruments. He could be found performing at the First Assembly of God Church and on Wednesday afternoons at Steve's Café in Green Creek.

Pacy was preceded in death by his wife Dianna in 2003.

He is survived by his sons: Randy and Jerry Handlovsky; his daughter Jackie Finnegan; his stepsons: Robert & John Yeager; and his stepdaughter Diane Yeager. Also surviving are his sisters Renee Silverman and Charlene Singer, along with 8 grandchildren: Kevin, Randy Jr., James, Chad, Trent, Samantha, Angelica, & Robert Jr., 1 great grandchild: Caleb; and his niece Vicki Lynn Norris.

There will be a memorial service at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, October 16, 2012 at Evoy Funeral Home, 3218 Bayshore Rd, North Cape May, NJ 08204; where friends will be received from 12:30 to 2:00 PM.

Interment will follow the service at Cape May County Veteran's Cemetery, 127 Crest Haven Rd, Cape May Court House, NJ 08210.
