Mrs Wm. Reap passed away at her home on Clarence Street, Thursday, 10 February 1927, at 11 p.m. aged 58 years. For the past year Mrs Reap had been in poor health, and since an operation at Janesville she had been a patient sufferer.
Caroline Gruenert was born in the town of Koshkonong in 1869. On 21 November 1889, she married Wm. Reap. Four sons were born to them, Albert of Waukesha, William and Leo of Fort Atkinson, and Edwin of Cudahy. They with their father, two grandchildren and a brother of the deceased, August Gruenert, survives.
Funeral services in charge of Rev. R. W. Buelow were held Sunday at 2 p.m. at Frieden's church. Interment was in Evergreen cemetery. Deepest sympathy is extended the bereaved ones.
