Mr. Ronald E. Higdon departed this life on 8/1/1995 at George Washington University Hospital after an extended illness.

Ronnie as he was called by loved ones and friends was born 3/19/1962, in Washington D.C. He attended D.C. Public schools. Ronnie was a member of St. Vincent DePaul Catholic Church. He was active in numerous church activities. He was an active member of the church choir. He accepted Christ at an early age.

Ronnie was employed as a Computer Programmer for Jackson and Todd for several years. Ronnie also worked as a volunteer on the rehabilitating project at the James Creek Housing Development in S.W. at the S.W. Community House. Ronnie also worked for several years as a sales associate at Montgomery Wards Department Store.

Ronnie's hobbies included music, dancing, sports, working with and motivating youth to pursue their life goals. Ronnie was a outgoing kind person, he loved life. Ronnie had a heart of gold and was always willing to help others in need. The love he displayed to his nieces and nephews was immeasurable.
