Maria Louisa Blair, age 101, of Middletown, died Wednesday, December 22, 2010 at the Liberty Retirement Community. She was born August 16, 1909 in Middletown, the daughter of Emil Wenzel and Minnie (Allspaugh) Wenzel. She is survived by several nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death was her first husband, William B. Pombles in 1959; second husband, William W. Blair in 1991; parents; one sister, Suzanne Wenzel; and one brother, Robert R. Wenzel. Funeral services will be 10:00 AM, Friday at the Woodside Cemetery Chapel with Pastor Ann Meyers officiating. Visitation will be from 9:00 to 10:00 AM Friday at the chapel. Burial will be at the Woodside Cemetery. Arrangements are by the Breitenbach-McCoy-Leffler Funeral Home.
