FLORENCE Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Fulwood Ausley will be conducted 2 p.m Sunday, Dec. 24, 2006 at J. O. and Annette Smith Memorial Chapel, 307 S. Johns St., Florence. Interment will follow in Union Cemetery, directed by Smith Funeral Home of Florence, LLC.
Mrs. Ausley, a daughter of the late Sammie Lee Fulwood and Maggie Smith Fulwood Godfrey, was born in Lee County. She died Thursday, Dec. 21 in a local hospital.
She attended the Public Schools of Lee County. Mrs. Ausley was a member of New Ebenezer Baptist Church.
Survivors include five brothers, Lonnie (Chessie) Fulwood, Roy Godfrey, Sammie Fulwood, Silas Fulwood and Paul Fulwood; a host of nieces; nephews; relatives and friends.
The family will be receiving friends at the home of her niece, Etta and Raymond Mack, 1107 Brand St., Florence.
