Arthur Murray 21 was instantly killed by a Joe Davis truck Monday night on the Battle Creek Highway. The accident occurred near the McConnell Service Station, when Murray suddenly stepped from the side of the road into the path of the advancing truck. The driver was held blameless and was not arrested. Interment of Murray was made in the "Tate" cemetery on Battle Creek on Wednesday.
