Viola Alberts, 83, of Emden, passed away at 9:05 p.m. Saturday (Oct. 6, 2012) at the Christian Village in Lincoln.
She was born April 10, 1929 in San Jose to Elmer C. and Ruth E. Gould Krusemark. She was preceded in death by her parents. She married Nelson H. Alberts on May 14, 1950 in Emden. He survives.
Also surviving are one son, Tom (Valerie) Alberts; one daughter, Gail (Joe) Snyder; six grandchildren, Michael Alberts, Leann (Andrew) Johnson, Nicholas (April) Alberts, Douglas (Lindsey Canady) Alberts, Sarah (Paul Armstrong) Nelson and Tommy Snyder; four great-grandchildren, Claire and Cole Johnson, Austin Alberts and Ayden Phillips; three brothers, Leonard (Betty Ann) Krusemark, Larry (Becky) Krusemark and David (Noi) Krusemark and one sister, Mary Lou Klokkenga.
