ALBERTO, Abraham, age 85 of Flint, passed away on Monday, Oct 1, 2012. Funeral mass will be 1:00 PM Saturday, October 6, 2012 at Our Lady of Guadalupe, 2315 West Coldwater Road, Flint. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family. Visitation 12:00 PM- 9:00 PM Friday, rosary prayer 7:00 PM Friday, at Sharp Funeral Home, 8138 Miller Road.

Abraham was born in Tela, Honduras on March 30, 1927, son of Adrian Alberto and Concepcion Najarro Alberto. He married Guadalupe Carias in Honduras March 15, 1952. He loved being surrounded by his family, especially the beautiful Alberto women, dancing, enjoying a cold beer with friends, and taking pictures of his family and many adventures. A local 599 member, Abraham retired from GM. He owned A&G Market since 1980.

Survived by children Xiomara (Thomas) Golen, Lilia, Douglas (Sandy); 11 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren; sister Angela Sauceda Alberto, brother Manuel De Jesus Alberto, and several loving nieces and nephews.
