Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Thursday in Brintlinger's Funeral Home, with visitation 6-8 p.m. Wednesday. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery.
Mrs. Ashcraft was born in Decatur, daughter of Joseph R. and Laura B. Etheridge Yaegel. She owned and operated Pixie Prel for 13 years, retiring in October 1981. She married Chester L. Ashcraft Sept. 25, 1942. He preceded her in death in 1970.
Surviving are her daughters: Judith J. Rogers and husband Gerald of Decatur; Janet L. Byers and husband Terry of Decatur; sister, Jeannette Banning of Decatur; Margie Dahl of Chicago; grandchildren, Jerry Rogers, Angela Rabideau, Brian Byers, Bradley Byers and Brooke Tolly; great-grandchildren, Laura, Jeremy, Celeste, Hannah, Natalie and Alyssa.She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, three brothers, two sisters and one grandchild.
