She had been a resident of the Loch Muller community since her marriage and had lived with her daughter, Mrs. Chauncey Clark, since the death of her husband, Lewis Oliver, in 1907.
She was one of those rare personalities which never seem to grow old and she retained her active interest in friends and affairs up to the close of her life. Many years ago she united with the Methodist church and she had lived an earnest Christian life of quiet attractiveness which attested its source and strength.
Besides her two daughters, she was survived by one sister, Mrs. Judson Smith, of Horicon, New York, and one brother, Edson Persons, of Bolton Landing, New York.
Funeral services were held at the home in Loch Muller Tuesday forenoon, September 28, 1926, conducted by Rev. F. M. LaBar of Minerva and she was buried beside her husband and three children in the Loch Muller cemetery.
