GRACY JEWEL CANTRELL POUND,VA-
Gracy Jewel Cantrell, 90, entered in eternity Monday February 4, 2013 from Heritage Hall- Wise, VA. She was surrounded by her loving family.

Jewel was born September 30, 1922 in Greenup County , KY to the late Dock Clark and Mary Adkins Clark.

She was of the Old Regular Baptist faith for 73 years, being a member of the Fairview Old Regular Baptist Church-Pound, VA since 1967. She was a cook for the Wise County Schools for over 15 years, afterward she worked a few years at the famous Robo's, and for a while had her own diner the "Kwik- Stop". In addition to cooking, Jewel loved going to church and being surrounded by her family and friends.

She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She will be truly missed.

In addition to her parents, Jewel was preceded in death by her first husband, Oakley Keaton; her second husband, Elmer Cantrell; a daughter, Teresa Carol Cantrell; a step-son, Winford Cantrell; sisters, Ruby Clark, Dorothy Griffin and Irene Barney; and brothers, George, Eugene, Walter, Larry and Ray Clark.

Survivors include her daughters, Mary Robinson and husband Troy-Wise, VA and Anna Gayle Keaton Begley and husband Doyle-Jenkins, KY; sons, Larry Cantrell and wife Janie-Pound, VA and Danny Cantrell and wife Karen-Pound, VA; step-daughters, Ruby Addington and Delores Dorton; step-sons, Onsby Cantrell, Carson Cantrell and Rick Cantrell; sisters, Pearlene Davidson-Ohio and Betty Perdue-Flatwoods, KY; brothers, Cecil Clark-Flatwoods, KY and John Paul Clark-Flatwoods, KY; 18 grandchildren; many great and great-great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins; a host of friends and loved ones; and a special group of caregivers and sitters.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 pm Wednesday February 6, 2013 in the Sadie Baker Memorial Chapel with Elder Willie Cantrell and Elder Carl Mullins officiating. Burial will follow in the Arvil Mullins Cemetery-Pound, VA where grandsons will serve as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 am until time of services. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donation be made to the Fairview Old Regular Baptist Church, 9352 Pen Hollow Road, Pound, VA 24279. Baker Funeral Home-Pound, VA is serving the family of Gracy Jewel Cantrell.
