The body arrived in Geneva yesterday from Iowa. Funeral services were held today, Thursday, at 2:30 at the Hrubesky Mortuary.
Mr. Benson was a brother of Mrs. W. P. Hourigan and Etta Benson of Geneva.

Charles W. Benson was born in Nemaha County, Nebraska, September 2, 1879, the son of George and Bridget Benson, deceased.
He moved with the family to Geneva, Fillmore County, in 1903, living her until the fall of 1926. Then he located at Osceola, Ia., were he lived until his death, February 3, 1946.
He was married to Stella Francisco, a registered nurse, December 24, 1918, at Lincoln, Neb.
In 1927, they adopted an infant son, sixteen months old.
Mr. Benson is survived by his wife, Stella; a son Milton, and five sisters; Mrs. Frank Hafer, Miss Etta Benson, and Mrs. W. P. Hourigan, all of Geneva; Mrs. Sam Query of Osceola, Ia., and Mrs. J. M. Stanley of Humbolt, Neb.
Short services were held at Osceola, Ia., Tuesday afternoon, February 5. Services were held at the Hrubesky funeral home in Geneva, Thursday, February 7. Rev. Isaac Cassel officiated. Interment was in the Geneva Cemetery.
Among those from out of town attending the funeral were Mr. and Mrs. Joe Francisco, Capt. Rae Francisco, Mr. and Mrs. Sam Query of Osceola, Ia,; and Mrs. J. M. Stanley and Mrs. Ida Sayer of Humboldt.
