Johnnie Barlow Ainsworth, 87, died Tuesday, June 28, 2005, at Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland, Mississippi, due to complications from a stroke.
Visitation is 5 - 8 p.m. today at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Richland and 1 p.m. Thursday, June 30, 2005, at Marvin United Methodist Church, Florence, Ms. Services are 2 p.m. Thursday at the church with burial to follow in the Florence City Cemetery.
The widow of W. E. Ainsworth, she was a longtime resident of Florence where she was an active member of the Marvin United Methodist Church. She is survived by her four children, Carrie Ainsworth Smith, W. Eugene Ainsworth, J. Michael Ainsworth, and Elizabeth Ainsworth Carter, as well as 11 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
