Born Oct. 11. 1915. in Buffington Township, Indiana County, he was the son of Daniel Webster and Mary Ann "Mollie" Stewart Duncan.
Mr. Duncan was a member of the Black Lick Community United Methodist Church for more than 60 years. He was a retired employee of Bethlehem Steel. Johnstown Works, Franklin Division.
Surviving are his wife of 54 years, Orvetta Mack Duncan; these children: Cloyd and wife, Judy Sabo Duncan. Clymer RD 2; Lois and husband. Armour Cribbs Jr., Indiana; Floyd and wife. Janet George Duncan. V'intondale RD 1; Paul and wife. Marilyn Riffle Duncan. Homer City RD 1: six grandchildren: two sisters: Helen George. Chino. Calif.; Irene Duncan. Homer City RD 1; two brothers: Roy Duncan and Calvin Duncan, both of Homer City RD 1.
He was preceded in death by his parents: one sister. Hulda Wagner; and one brother. Chester Duncan.
Friends will be received Monday from 7-9 p.m. and Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the Richard C. Stuart Funeral Home. Armagh, where a funeral service will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. The Rev. Keith Dovenspike will officiate and interment will take place in the Armagh Cemetery.
