Grandpa & Grandma Harwood was born James Harwood June 13, 1820. Died June 19, 1897.
Born Sarah (Robinson) October 22, 1822, died April 18, 1900. Grandma was raised in Yorkshire England. Grandpa was raised in Lankaster Shire England.

They were married at Blackburn, England, August 27, 1843. Grandpa & Grandma buried side by side in the Circle Mound Cemetery, Rising City, Nebraska.

They were the great, great, grandparents of Mary Joan (Dwyre) Combs.

I copied this information from hand-written information sent to my grandmother, Ella Florence (Van Fosson) Snodderley, daughter of Mary Jane (Harwood) and Joseph M. Van Fosson, mother of Mary Blanche (Snodderley) Dwyre, who was the mother of myself, Mary Joan (Dwyre) Combs.
