Richard Donald Bean, Jr., 58, of Huntsville, Arkansas, died September 21, 2012 at Circle of Life Hospice in Springdale, Arkansas. He was born May 23, 1954 in Chicago, Illinois, the son of Richard Frederick and Grace Lorene Dorsey Bean. He was a construction worker and a veteran of the Vietnam War, serving in the United States Army.
Survivors include: one daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer and Michael Wages of Huntsville, Arkansas; his father, Richard Frederick Bean of Huntsville, Arkansas; one sister, Dorothy Whittemore of Huntsville, Arkansas; one grandson, Jordan Wages of Huntsville, Arkansas and two granddaughters, Kayley Mallett and Katelyn Mallett, both of Huntsville, Arkansas.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 P. M. Tuesday, September 25, in the chapel of Brashears Funeral Home with Chester Sanders as eulogist. Interment will be in the Upper Campground Cemetery near Kingston, Arkansas, under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home www.brashearsfuneralhome.net of Huntsville, Arkansas. Pallbearers will be: Keith Mallett, Michael Wages, Kody Rankin, Erin Hancock and Kenneth Bean. The family will receive friends from 5:00 P. M. to 7:00 P. M. on Monday at the funeral home.
