He was born July 7, 1911, in Lobelville, Tenn., the son of Andrew Jackson and Rebecca Baugus Heath. He married Etta B. Stewart Dec. 24, 1937, in Helena, Ark. She died Jan. 29, 1992.
He was a truck driver, first for Kimbel Truck Lines, then for Delta Truck Lines and finally retired from ABF.
He was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene where he was a member of the Sunday School Class, and of the Teamsters Union.
He is survived by three sons, Bernard, Tom and Melvin Heath; two daughters, Carolyn Woetzel and Candy Coleman; Funeral service will be held Saturday at the Nazarene Church. Burial will be in the Memorial Park Cemetery.
