The Rev. Charles Jobe will officiate with entombment in Fairview Cemetery Mausoleum.

Mr. Heath died Monday evening at his home.

A retired motel and restaurant operator, he was a member of First Baptist Church in Martin.

Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Thelma Singleton Heath; three sons, William Henry Heath Jr. of Reston, Va., James Heath of Memphis, and Larry Heath of Virginia Beach, Va.; two grandchildren; two brothers, Bernard Heath of Cape Girardeau, Mo., and Paul Heath of West Memphis, Ark.

Two brothers preceded him in death.
