HARTINGTON-Services for Theresa Sudbeck, 67, of Hartington, who died November 29, at Sacred Heart Hospital in Yankton, were held at SS. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Bow Valley, with burial in the parish cemetry. Rev. Charles Knippen officiated. Pallbearers were Wendell Marx, A. J. Schulte, Gilbert Kathol, Rudy Kathol, Ed Pinkelman and Irvin Weibelhaus. Honorary pallbearers were Elizabeth Schulte, Mrs. Wendell Marx, Mrs. Alphonse Kathol, Mrs. August Noecker, Lavina Sudbeck and Pauline Kleinschmit.
Theresa was born August 8, 1897, in Minnesota to Mr. and Mrs. Conrad Wisner. She married Leo Sudbeck May 13, 1929, at Yankton. Her husband died April 29, 1959.
Survivors are daughters: Mrs. Robert Larson of Torrance, CA., Mrs. Herb Pantler of Hartington, and Mrs. Larry Klanderud of Bellevue; two sons, Donavan and Ronald of Hartington; two sisters, Lean Jacobsen of Sioux City and Anna Reinsbach of Ethan, SD., three brothers, Albert and John Wisner of Sioux City and Joseph Wisner of Dimock, SD. Two brothers, George and William preceded her in death.
Mrs. Sudbeck moved to Cedar County from Minnesota as a small girl. She later lived in South Dakota but returned to Cedar County in 1941.
