He died Mar. 6, 1697 or 1698.
He came to America in 1639 or 1640 settleing in Saisbury Mass. about May 1645. Although 2 generations of the family lived there, few accounts of births, deaths, and marriages can be found in the town records. His occupations were a planter and a weaver. He served as one of 5 'Prudential men' in charge of town business. He served prudential man 3 times. 2nd term Jan 31, 1668- Jan 1669
3rd term Mar 11, 1672- Mar 1673. He was also a Freeman.
