Brother of Local Man Dies of Influenza
William Kasten, Sr., 81, pioneer farmer of the Town of Morrison, Brown county, and a brother of Albert Kasten of this city, died Thursday at 9:45 pm. at the home of his son Walter, in Morrison. He had been ill with influenza.
The survivors are three sons, William Jr., Town of Franklin, Walter of Morrison and Richard of Montana, and one brother, Albert, of Manitowoc.
The body was removed to the residence today from the Schwartz funeral parlors at Morrison today. The funeral will be held at the Walter Kasten home in Morrison Monday at 2 p.m. Burial will be in Evergreen cemetery at Kasson, Rev. Reichert of the Evangelical church will officiate.
