MEREDOSIA - Hazel Marie Heitbrink, 93, of Meredosia died Monday, Oct. 18, 2004, at Modern Care Convalescent Facility.

She was born July 19, 1911, near Oxville, the daughter of Henry and Bertha Albers Buhlig. She married Fred E. Heitbrink in 1936 near Meredosia; he died in 1997.

Mrs. Heitbrink was a homemaker. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and Trinity Women's Guild.

Survivors: daughter, Marilyn (husband, Jerry) Bradley of Meredosia; two granddaughters; four great-grandchildren; three brothers, Howard Buhlig of Bluffs, William Buhlig of Albany and Wayne Buhlig of Fort Collins, Colo.; and three sisters, Bernice Bridgman of Bluffs, Helen Dunham of Byron and Jean Ann Bowman of Yuba City, Calif.

Services: 11 a.m. Friday, Trinity Lutheran Church, east of Meredosia. Burial: Trinity Lutheran Church Cemetery.

Schaefer-Cody Funeral Home in Meredosia is in charge of arrangements.
