"Charles Stoke, aged 80, who lived with his daughter, Mrs Elsie Tulloch, Route 3, Centerville, died at 4:15 am Monday at the Titusville Hospital. Besides the daughter, he leaves the following other children: Lawrence, Clyde and Harvey Stoke and Mrs Norma White of Titusville; Mrs Mary Culver of Tionesta; and Theodore Stoke of Belpre, O. There are three brothers, Arthur, Fred and Robert Stoke, 30 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. The body is at the Torrey funeral home in Spartansburg where friends may call and where services will be conducted at 10 am Wednesday. Rev Charles A Fuller of the Centerville Baptist church will officiate and interment will be in Rose Hill cemetery in Spartansburg."
