Richard Kimball of Kemball came to America 1634
Richard came in the ship Elizabeth, and soon
after landing, settled in Watertown and later
Ipswich, Mass He married first to Martha Scott
and second to Margarett Dow. Not sure which was
the mother of Benjamin
Eliphalet resided in Plainfield, Conn, till soon after the settlement of Cornish, where he came with his family and settled in town and remained through life. When he settled he supposed his farm was within the limits of the town of Plainfield, but afterward when the lines were established, it was found that it ran about 20 rods north of his house, thus placing his home outside of Plainfield and in the town of Cornish...This was a great grief to him.
He and his wife, Elizabeth had six children
