Surviving are wife; son, Samuel (Jessy) Booker, daughters, Julia (Dennis) Erlenburh, Leasa (David) Ewing and Sarah (Steven) Rogers; grandchildren, Monica (Christopher) Noreuil,Michelle Malone (companion ,Aaron Ballion), Deissy and Samy Booker; great-grandchildren, Riley and Peyton Noreuil and Emma Malone; brother, Harold (Reta) Booker, sisters, Mary Snyder, Marge (Darrell) Shipman, Ellen Rogers and Mona (Grant) Neidigh; sister-in-law, Ann Booker and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Zella Fox and Anne Ford and brother, Samuel Booker.
